Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced raw potatoes
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease a 2-quart baking dish with butter.
- Blend soup and milk; arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and soup.
- Sprinkle each layer with a little black pepper.
- Sprinkle cheese on top; dot with margarine.
- Sprinkle sparingly with paprika.
- Cover with foil; bake 1 hour.
- Remove foil; bake another 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
