Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. beef bouillon
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon or brown mustard

Method

  • Pound chops and pepper to taste.
  • Heat oil in skillet and lightly brown chops on both sides.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Add onion and garlic to skillet and saute about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add flour and stir into onion mixture until blended.
  • Add bouillon and mustard, stirring until mixture is smooth, then add meat.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  • (Makes 4 servings.)
