Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon or brown mustard
Method
- Pound chops and pepper to taste.
- Heat oil in skillet and lightly brown chops on both sides.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add onion and garlic to skillet and saute about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add flour and stir into onion mixture until blended.
- Add bouillon and mustard, stirring until mixture is smooth, then add meat.
- Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes.
- (Makes 4 servings.)
