Ingredients
- 2 small boxes frozen broccoli, cooked
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large block Velveeta cheese
Method
- Mix cooked broccoli, cooked rice and cream of mushroom soup and add desired amount of Velveeta cheese. Melt and mix well. Spread in a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with Velveeta and bake at 350° until golden brown. Enjoy!
