Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can corn (whole kernel)
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion or green pepper (optional)
Method
- Mix well in bowl.
- Pour into a buttered 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
