Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 bell peppers
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 6 onion rings
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of tomato soup, slightly diluted
Method
- Brown pork chops slightly in a small amount of fat.
- Drain. Place pork chops in baking dish.
- On top of each chop, put one onion ring, one pepper ring and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomato soup over all. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
- Yields 6 servings.
