Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. milk
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Stir in sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and scalded milk then pour into egg mixture.
- Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 425° for 22 minutes or until firm. Cool and serve.
