Ingredients
- 1/2 c. frozen Ore-Ida chopped onions
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Ore-Ida potatoes
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Grease 1-quart casserole dish.
- In 1-quart
- saucepan, over medium heat, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup and cream cheese cubes; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot.
