Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 or 4 sprigs parsley
- sliced potatoes
- a little water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Quickly sear pork chops in skillet.
- Lightly brown onions. Place chops and onions in casserole and add tomatoes, carrots, celery stalks and parsley.
- Place a layer of sliced potatoes on top.
- Add a little water, pepper and salt to skillet and pour into casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
- When three parts cooked, pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over chops.
- Mix and finish baking.
