Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, cubed
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 6 sprigs parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. salt-free Mrs. Dash
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes (salt-free)
  • 1/2 pkg. frozen green beans

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except frozen beans in slow cooker. Cook on low heat 10 to 12 hours or on high for 6 hours. Add frozen beans during the last hour of cooking or cook first and add.
