- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, cubed
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 large onions, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 6 sprigs parsley
- 2 Tbsp. salt-free Mrs. Dash
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes (salt-free)
- 1/2 pkg. frozen green beans
Method
- Combine all ingredients except frozen beans in slow cooker. Cook on low heat 10 to 12 hours or on high for 6 hours. Add frozen beans during the last hour of cooking or cook first and add.
