- 8 oz. processed American cheese
- 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3-1/2 cups chopped roasted red pepper
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, until melted.
- Stir well and serve with tortilla chips.
