Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cucumber: peeled, seeded and grated
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 2/3 tsp dried dill
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • pinch salt

Method

  • Marinade::: Combine all ingredients and take chicken breasts, cut up into bite sized pieces and add to a bag, than add marinade.
  • Let sit in refrigerator for two hours.
  • Tzatziki Sauce::: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for up to two hours as well.
  • After Chicken is done marinating, cook on stovetop, oven or grill...
  • Whichever you prefer.
  • Cook chicken accordingly.
