- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 6 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cucumber: peeled, seeded and grated
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2/3 tsp dried dill
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
Method
- Marinade::: Combine all ingredients and take chicken breasts, cut up into bite sized pieces and add to a bag, than add marinade.
- Let sit in refrigerator for two hours.
- Tzatziki Sauce::: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for up to two hours as well.
- After Chicken is done marinating, cook on stovetop, oven or grill...
- Whichever you prefer.
- Cook chicken accordingly.
