Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 to 6) pork chops
- 3 c. Minute rice
- 4 cans consomme soup
Method
- Mix soup and rice in a 13 x 9-inch glass dish.
- In skillet, brown pork chops; season to taste.
- Put pork chops on top of rice mixture.
- Put in preheated oven set at 350° and cook for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy.
