Ingredients
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can French onion soup
- 5 pork chops
- 1 soup can white rice
- 1 c. mushrooms
Method
- Combine soups, rice and mushrooms.
- Season pork as usual. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
- Lay pork chops on top.
- Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
- Serve.
