Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 c. nuts (optional)
Method
- Mix together and bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan in 350° oven for 65 to 75 minutes.
