Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Brown chops and set aside.
- Slice potatoes and onion, alternate with layers in casserole dish.
- Season with salt and pepper; mix milk and soup.
- Pour 1/2 mixture over potatoes and onions.
- Lay chops on top.
- Cover with remaining soup mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
