Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 3 c. biscuit mix
- 1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Combine sugar, milk and egg.
- Add salt, ginger, cinnamon, lemon
- extract
- and
- biscuit
- mix; beat until well mixed. Fold in cranberries
- and
- nuts.
- Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate
- oven
- at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes.
- Remove from pan; cool before slicing.
