Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion
- Mrs. Dash
- Butter Buds
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 medium head cabbage
- 2 c. water
- 2 beef or pork bouillon cubes
Method
- Trim fat and bones from pork chops.
- Put potatoes in bottom of dish.
- Layer with pork chops.
- Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and Butter Buds.
- Slice onion over pork chops.
- Spread cream of mushroom soup over this.
- Put chopped cabbage over this.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups hot water; pour over everything.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are done.
