Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pork chops
  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Butter Buds
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 medium head cabbage
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 beef or pork bouillon cubes

Method

  • Trim fat and bones from pork chops.
  • Put potatoes in bottom of dish.
  • Layer with pork chops.
  • Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and Butter Buds.
  • Slice onion over pork chops.
  • Spread cream of mushroom soup over this.
  • Put chopped cabbage over this.
  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups hot water; pour over everything.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, or until potatoes are done.
