Ingredients
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. chives
- 2 tsp. parsley
- pita croutons (see preparation below)
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium head of lettuce
Method
- Pita croutons:
- Bake pita bread for 4 hours at 200° or until crisp.
- Break into small pieces.
- Do not brown pita bread.
