Ingredients
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 18 teaspoon paprika, black pepper, chili (equal proportions)
- 2 lbs angus beef
Method
- pulverise the onion in the soup mixture, combine all dry ingredients into meat and let sit for 30 minutes in fridge
- grill and serve.
