Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. lard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Blend dry ingredients with the lard.
- Add egg and liquids. Mix. Take out as much as needed.
- Roll out on heavily floured board.
- Remaining dough may be stored in a covered bowl in the refrigerator until needed.
