Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1 can beef broth plus 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Method
- Brown pork chops, no flour.
- Wash rice; put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
- Lay pork chops on rice.
- Pour off grease in pan and add beef broth plus 2 bouillon cubes and 1/2 can water. Dissolve cubes, then pour over chops and rice.
- Cover with foil wrap and bake 1 hour at 350°.
