Ingredients
- 3 c. diced chicken
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
- chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss chicken mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
