Ingredients

  • 3 c. diced chicken
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
  • chow mein noodles or crushed potato chips

Method

  • Mix together first 6 ingredients. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss chicken mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
