Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fennel seed
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lb pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium green bell peppers
- 2 medium onion thin sliced
- 14 1/2 oz diced tom undrained
Method
- combine fennel seed, seasoning, and cayenne.
- rub over pork.
- Brown roast in oil.
- place in slow cooker.
- add peppers, onions & tomatoes.
- cook 8 hours.
- skim fat.
- shred pork, return to slow cooker
