Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loins (lean)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. rice
- 1 tsp. basil
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place rice in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan (glass).
- In separate bowl, mix mushroom soup and water together (as directions on can).
- Pour half soup mix on top of rice; mix together.
- Place 4 pork loins on top of rice.
- Pour rest of soup on top; sprinkle with basil.
- Cook for 1 hour, putting foil on top of dish for last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Makes 4 servings.
