Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loins (lean)
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 tsp. basil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Place rice in a 9 1/2 x 13-inch pan (glass).
  • In separate bowl, mix mushroom soup and water together (as directions on can).
  • Pour half soup mix on top of rice; mix together.
  • Place 4 pork loins on top of rice.
  • Pour rest of soup on top; sprinkle with basil.
  • Cook for 1 hour, putting foil on top of dish for last 10 minutes of cooking.
  • Makes 4 servings.
