Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 6 to 8 peaches, halved
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 pt. heavy cream
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
Method
- Place peaches, whole side up, in shell.
- Mix cornstarch and sugar and pour in and around peaches.
- Pour heavy cream over all. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 325° for 45 minutes until peaches are cooked.
