Ingredients
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant mashed potatoes
- 1/3 c. pancake mix
- 1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
Method
- Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
- Add pancake mix, onion soup mix and snipped parsley.
- Drop from tablespoon, a few at a time, into deep hot fat (350°).
- Fry 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Makes 18 tablespoon size or about 30 smaller ones.
- Serve as hors d'oeuvres or vegetable.
