Ingredients

  • 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 2 tsp. poppy seeds
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 3/4 c. crushed butter-flavor cracker crumbs (about 36 crackers)

Method

  • Combine sour cream, soup and poppy seeds in a bowl; stir in chicken.
  • Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • May be served alone or over rice. Serves four.
