Ingredients
- 2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 2 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 3/4 c. crushed butter-flavor cracker crumbs (about 36 crackers)
Method
- Combine sour cream, soup and poppy seeds in a bowl; stir in chicken.
- Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
- May be served alone or over rice. Serves four.
