Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 1 pkg. (small) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. dry sherry
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Grease and flour Bundt pan.
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients at medium speed; beat about 4 minutes.
- Pour batter into pan.
- Pound pan on counter a few times to get air out.
- Bake 60 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Turn out and finish cooling.
- Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
- Cut into slices and freeze, if you want.
