Ingredients

  • 1 golden brown butter cake mix
  • 4 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 c. warm water, not boiling
  • 1 pkg. coconut pudding
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 4 Large eggs, room temperature

Method

  • Mix cake mix and instant pudding mix.
  • Add in poppy seeds, oil and warm water.
  • Mix well.
  • Add in Large eggs, one at a time.
  • Pour into two 9 x 3 inch loaf pans.
  • Bake a 350 degrees for 15 min.
  • Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min.
  • Cold 10 min in pan, then put back on rack to finish cooling.
  • This bread slices better if made the day before and refrigerated.
  • Slice with a serrated knife.
