Ingredients
- 5 lb. boiled potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Peel the potatoes and boil until soft.
- Add cream cheese (softened).
- Beat well.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
- May be placed in refrigerator overnight, then baked for 1 hour at 350°.
- These potatoes are very delicious.
