Ingredients

  • 5 lb. boiled potatoes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Peel the potatoes and boil until soft.
  • Add cream cheese (softened).
  • Beat well.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake in a 350° oven for 1/2 hour.
  • May be placed in refrigerator overnight, then baked for 1 hour at 350°.
  • These potatoes are very delicious.
