Ingredients
- 2 c. finely grated raw potatoes (about 3 large)
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Drain liquid from potatoes.
- Add eggs, salt and flour; mix well with wooden spoon.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into 2 quarts boiling, salted water.
