Ingredients
- 2 lb. chicken, skinned
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 4 c. water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 3 cheeses, grated (any kind)
- seasoning to taste
Method
- Season chicken to taste.
- Take rice and put in casserole dish. Add water and bouillon cubes.
- Place chicken on top.
