Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1/2 cups Cooked Wild Rice
  • 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Portabella Mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 13 cups Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Banana Peppers
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and place on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
  • Serve with buttered egg noodles.
