Ingredients
- 8 thick slices crusty French bread, toasted and buttered
- 1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni sausage, sliced
Method
- Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on each piece of bread; cover with cheese.
- Arrange several slices of pepperoni on cheese.
- Heat 7 minutes in a 450° oven or just until the cheese begins to melt. Serve with Italian olives and cherry tomatoes.
- Makes 8 servings.
