Ingredients

  • 1 (5 - 8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pizza sauce
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni

Method

  • Cook noodles according to package directions.
  • Drain and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, combine ground beef, onions and bell pepper.
  • Cook until beef is brown and vegetables are tender.
  • Drain well.
  • Stir in pizza sauce and soup. Pour meat mixture over noodles evenly.
  • Top with Mozzarella. Arrange pepperoni slices over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Makes 8 servings.
