Ingredients

  • 3 c. dry macaroni
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans pizza sauce
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • sliced pepperoni

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to directions.
  • Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop onion and green pepper; saute and add to beef.
  • Add pizza sauce.
  • Mix the mixture with cooked macaroni.
  • Put in casserole and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
  • Bake about 1 hour at 350°.
  • Cover for first 30 minutes.
