Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Method

  • Sift cake mix into large mixer bowl and add pudding mix, eggs, oil, club soda and nuts. Beat batter at medium-high speed for 4 minutes (this is very important). Pour batter into a greased Bundt, tube or 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool completely; frost.
