Ingredients

  • 1 sm. onion
  • 2 level tbsp. butter
  • 2 level tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. stock
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon made mustard
  • A little minced cucumber pickle
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Heat and heat the butter in a saucepan; add in the onion, minced small, and fry golden in the butter.
  • Then put in the flour and stir till perfectly smooth; add in the stock slowly and stir till boiling.
  • Cook 5 min, season, and add in the vinegar, mustard, parsley and pickle.
  • Serve with boiled or possibly baked fish.
