Ingredients
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 level tbsp. butter
- 2 level tbsp. flour
- 1 c. stock
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon made mustard
- A little minced cucumber pickle
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat and heat the butter in a saucepan; add in the onion, minced small, and fry golden in the butter.
- Then put in the flour and stir till perfectly smooth; add in the stock slowly and stir till boiling.
- Cook 5 min, season, and add in the vinegar, mustard, parsley and pickle.
- Serve with boiled or possibly baked fish.
