Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 pkg. spice cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. reserved pineapple juice and water
Method
- Bake in an electric frypan.
- Line skillet with waxed paper. Melt margarine in skillet at 200°.
- Turn selector off.
- Spread brown sugar, then spread with crushed pineapple.
- Prepare cake mix, adding 2 eggs and 1/3 cup of pineapple juice.
- Pour cake batter into frypan.
- Turn heat selector to 270°.
- Cover with frypan lid, open vent.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
