Ingredients
- 2 cups raw shredded sweet potatoes
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tsp. margarine
Method
- Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.
- Add flour, pineapple. milk and sweet potatoes.
- Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees or lower.
- Makes 2 quarts or 6-8 servings.
