Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. chicken thighs or drumsticks, skinned if desired
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing
Method
- Rinse chicken; pat dry.
- Place chicken in ungreased baking dish.
- Pour salad dressing over chicken.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Serve with white or brown rice, salad and cranberry sauce.
