Ingredients
- 1 packages marshmallows (10ounce) or home made marshmallows which I used
- 1 packages fresh strawberries diced
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream (whipped)
- 1 graham cracker pie crust 9 ounces
- 1 strawberry for garnish
Method
- if useing a package of marshmallows, place marshmallows and In medium bowl that is microwave safe.for 1 1/2 until marshmallows melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
- beat in strawberries, add sugar and vanilla.
- fold in whipped cream.
- Spoon into crust, place pie in freezer for 30 minutes, garnish with strawberry.
- then take out pie and put in refrigerator for 2 hours
- if you are making your on marshmallows I have a recipe for that in my coconut cake recipe.
- if you're using homemade marshmallows no need to melt.
