Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 can (9 oz.) crushed pineapple
Method
- Make crumbs of vanilla wafers.
- Place 1/2 in bottom of buttered pan.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour mixture over crumbs.
- Whip cream; add pineapple and nuts.
- Pour over 1st mixture.
- Cover with remainder of crumbs.
- Refrigerate overnight.
