Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. onion
- 4 Tbsp. celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 small can green peas
- 1 small jar pimiento
- 3 c. cooked chicken
- salt and pepper
Method
- Brown onion and celery in butter.
- Add flour to chicken broth.
- Add peas, pimiento, salt and pepper.
- Add cooked chicken and cook until thick.
- Make your favorite corn bread and cut in squares.
- Cover with cream chicken.
