Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. Stella D'Oro anginetti cookies
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- Thoroughly mix cream cheese and sugar.
- Stir in pineapple. Fill cookies and serve.
- Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any).
