Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, peeled, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 c. frozen strawberries (not packed in sugar syrup)
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 tsp. honey
- 4 Tbsp. whey protein powder, plain or vanilla flavor
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, about 45 seconds. If too thick, add more milk to taste. Yields one 20 ounce shake.
