Ingredients

  • 1 bag large marshmallows
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • graham cracker crumbs

Method

  • Dissolve marshmallows in milk on stove in double boiler until all are melted.
  • Then set aside to cool.
  • Whip 1 pint cream.
  • Drain pineapple well and add to cooled marshmallows and milk.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • A 9 x 13-inch pan or bowl may be used.
  • Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
  • Place in refrigerator.
  • When ready to serve, whip remaining 1/2 pint whipping cream for the topping.
  • May garnish with cherries.
