Ingredients
- 1 bag large marshmallows
- 1 c. milk
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- graham cracker crumbs
Method
- Dissolve marshmallows in milk on stove in double boiler until all are melted.
- Then set aside to cool.
- Whip 1 pint cream.
- Drain pineapple well and add to cooled marshmallows and milk.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- A 9 x 13-inch pan or bowl may be used.
- Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs.
- Place in refrigerator.
- When ready to serve, whip remaining 1/2 pint whipping cream for the topping.
- May garnish with cherries.
