Ingredients

  • 12 tortillas, cut into 6 to 8 pieces
  • 8 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (7 oz.) cans of diced green chillies
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion or dry onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar Longhorn cheese

Method

  • First mix soups and sour cream together, then add chopped chicken to the mixture, also add the green chilli and the onion. Layer with tortillas first.
  • Top layer should end with tortillas, then add cheese.
  • Cook in crock-pot on low 4 to 5 hours.
