- 12 tortillas, cut into 6 to 8 pieces
- 8 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (7 oz.) cans of diced green chillies
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion or dry onion flakes
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar Longhorn cheese
Method
- First mix soups and sour cream together, then add chopped chicken to the mixture, also add the green chilli and the onion. Layer with tortillas first.
- Top layer should end with tortillas, then add cheese.
- Cook in crock-pot on low 4 to 5 hours.
