Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can Milnot, chilled
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Method

  • Mix together jello and water and cool to room temperature. Mix together cream cheese and sugar.
  • When jello is cool, add cream cheese mixture to it.
  • Whip 1 can Milnot that has been chilled overnight.
  • Fold jello and cream cheese mixture into Milnot and add 1 cup drained crushed pineapple.
  • Pour over crust and refrigerate.
  • May sprinkle few graham cracker crumbs on top.
