- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can Milnot, chilled
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Method
- Mix together jello and water and cool to room temperature. Mix together cream cheese and sugar.
- When jello is cool, add cream cheese mixture to it.
- Whip 1 can Milnot that has been chilled overnight.
- Fold jello and cream cheese mixture into Milnot and add 1 cup drained crushed pineapple.
- Pour over crust and refrigerate.
- May sprinkle few graham cracker crumbs on top.
