Ingredients
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 14 oz. pkg. caramels
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Mix cake as directed on package.
- Pour one-half of batter into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Melt caramels with milk and pour over cake.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over this, then sprinkle with nuts.
- Pour the other half of batter over nuts.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
